I’m so pissed and so happy right now with Anette.
Some people on Facebook, gave the opportunity to the fans to ask their questions to Anette, and I asked this “Any plans to tour in Portugal anytime soon?” and this was the answer I got: “Anette: Nothing planned at the moment so come to Spain=)” ..
It’s awesome that she answered , but she thinks it’s so easy to go to Spain just like that..

Since P!nk started a project/band with Dallas Green called You+Me, I think she should be mentioned here. She’s definitely my favorite female singer of all time. Her voice is incredible.

Any fan of Kalafina here? I love all their songs in Kara no Kyoukai movies, especially Oblivious. I do not understand what they’re singing but I can feel the emotion in their ethereal voices. Check out Kara no Kyoukai too, if you’re into anime, it’s the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen.

For me,based on the style of music and the sound, Kobra and the Lotus is the female fronted version of Iron Maiden, Battle Beast is that version of Manowar, while Sister Sin and Crucified Barbara are the female fronted version of Motorhead. This is one of the reasons why I love these bands.

I discovered The Courtesans the other day. They just released their first single “Genius” and I’m really impressed with how large their fanbase is. This band is really bringing something unique to the table, and I recommend them for anyone looking for something different.

I think Nightwish lost their title as “the best Symphonic metal band” the day they did let go of Tarja. During the Anette era, Nightwish maybe kept their symphonic elements but it’s mostly rock, not metal.
Within Temptation also didn’t do a great job on their last album, it’s rock.
EPICA is the only band that managed to keep metal and the symphonic elements in their music, even though they almost lost it with “Requiem for the Indifferent” but they did a great job on “The Quantum Enigma”, so if there’s a band out there that should be called “the best Symphonic metal band”, it’s EPICA because they truly deserve it, at least for now.
Hopefully that Nightwish will manage their way up again with Floor as the lead singer.

I think when Within Temptation would do a song together with Evanescence or Amy Lee, the song would be perfect.

@10710 …. y-your confession… just gave me so many feelings… I’m going to be honest, I was NOT expecting anyone here to relate that song with Metalocalypse but now I think about it, “Angels” by WT would be a more fitting song cause if you listen to the lyrics just OMG it soooo fits their friendship and… its so perfect and I’m ACTUALLY crying right now, I have so many feels! DX
